This CPTED Employee Training Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Secure2ware Inc. (“Provider”) and the purchasing property, management company, business, or organization (“Client”).
Secure2ware Inc. will provide online Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) training for the Client’s designated employees, staff, or personnel.
The training is designed to provide practical knowledge and awareness of CPTED principles, environmental risks, safety practices, and strategies that can help create safer properties and communities.
The Client is responsible for providing Secure2ware with accurate information for employees who are required or authorized to complete the training.
Each employee must use their own assigned account or access credentials. Training accounts and course materials may not be shared, transferred, copied, or redistributed without written permission from Secure2ware.
Employees are expected to complete all required portions of the training and any applicable assessments.
Secure2ware may maintain electronic records of course enrollment and completion. Certificates or other documentation of completion may be provided when applicable.
The Client is responsible for monitoring its employees’ training requirements and ensuring designated employees complete the training within any required timeframe.
The Client agrees to pay the applicable training fee presented at the time of purchase or stated in an approved proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of enrollment or purchase.
Additional employees or training services requested after the initial purchase may be subject to additional fees.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the refund policy presented to the Client at the time of purchase.
Once an employee has accessed or substantially completed the training, the purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

CPTED training is intended for educational and risk-reduction purposes. Completion of the training does not guarantee the prevention of crime, accidents, injuries, property damage, or security incidents.
CPTED principles and training do not replace professional security services, law-enforcement services, legal advice, building-code requirements, insurance requirements, or other applicable regulations.
Secure2ware does not guarantee that implementing CPTED recommendations will eliminate or prevent liability or criminal activity.
All course materials, videos, written content, assessments, graphics, presentations, and other training materials provided by Secure2ware remain the intellectual property of Secure2ware Inc. unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Client and its employees may use the materials solely for the purpose of completing the purchased training. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, or used to create another training program without written authorization from Secure2ware.
Any non-public business, property, employee, or operational information shared with Secure2ware in connection with the training will be treated as confidential and used only as reasonably necessary to provide the contracted services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Secure2ware Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use of the training or implementation of CPTED principles.
The training is intended to support the Client’s existing safety and security efforts and should not be considered a guarantee of a specific security outcome.
This Agreement begins when the Client purchases or enrolls in the training and remains in effect for the duration of the purchased training services.
Secure2ware may suspend or terminate access to the training if the Client or an employee violates this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of course materials.
By purchasing or enrolling in the CPTED Employee Training program, the Client acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
