does your company install cameras bought someplace else?
     -Yes, Secure2ware will install your equipment if you did not purchase it from us, we will also provide basic user training and support after the initial install, however we assume no responsibility for the warranty or operation of equipment that we did not provide.  
In most cases the equipment that we provide maybe higher quality than what you can purchase of the self or online, our equipment starts with a minimum of a 3 year warranty, we also offer extended equipment warranties for our equipment up to 5 additional years after the standard manufactures 3 year warranty.  That says a lot about the quality of our equipment.  We also offer Pre-Paid Service Calls at great savings and Maintenance Contracts to cover our future support if you need it.
must i sign a long contract with your company?
     -No, you do not have to sign a long contract with our company, however in some instances it may be more beneficial to do so.  
Secure2ware understands that every customer's situation or reasons may vary, therefore the best advise would be to have one of our experienced support staff meet you to to identify your exact needs.  We don't believe in pressure sales or deals that are only good for that day type of gimmicks, we provide you with enough information so that you can make the best informed decision that meets your needs.  In each case we show you what we have to offer with the price include and allow you to select what you want.  Very simple process.  Contact us now for more information.
